I talked to Sharon initially and she was very helpful to get the ball rolling. I was very happy to be called by Timothy to let us know we were approved! Connor was very helpful via the phone to help expedite the process by sending our documents. We were in and out of there with our brand new Equinox in just about an hour or two.
