Dropped off my car at 745am for an 8am appt for oil change/rotation. Checked with service advisor (don't think its his fault) at 930 who followed up with tech and was told the machine needed for my oi change/rotation. Checked with service advisor (don't think its his fault) at 930 who followed up with tech and was told the machine needed for my oil change was broken and it "just got fixed" so I would be next. Seems like a fortunate coincidence that when I asked about my vehicle, all of a sudden I was next. Think I checked out about an hour later but what would have happened if I didn't inquire about the status of my vehicle? If I was told earlier I would have requested a shuttle and come back later. Instead I waisted almost two hours sitting in the waiting room. Still recommending this service center as I've bought two cars at this dealer and this was my first experience this poor. More

Sheehan and Jeff did a spectacular job of educating me on GMC trucks I was interested in, letting me test drive them, and then finding the vehicle I wanted (on the other side of the state!).
