Lou at the service intake had my information on my Buick. I waited in the waiting room that was clean and it had a coffee machine. The service was completed in an hour. They diagnose two major issues with the truck and Claudio the service was absolutely fabulous. He contacted the warranty company and arrange for the work to be done.
