I had an appt to get my airbag (4/3/2024) replaced that was recalled. I had a 7:30am appt, I walked in at 7:15am, was told they were not open and was told to wait (no one told me I had to get in a line be was recalled. When I went to pick up my truck, they could not find my paperwork, nor my keys. The cashier told me they never had a vehicle not registered into their computer. They had to make several phone calls to Phillepe, he did not answer.He called back eventually. It took an hour to retrive my vehicle. Would this be acceptable to you as a customer? More
