We have had good relations and good service from other dealers but Sheehy has been exceptional. We have been especially pleased with Rachel Holderied, who has sold us our last two Lexuses. On neither occasion, were we sure we wanted to buy at that time but both times, she anticipated what we wanted and needed better than we did and convinced us accordingly. She is as efficient as she is charming and went above and beyond to ensure that we got the best possible deal on both cars. Her follow-up after both sales was exemplary.
