Initially, there was a little confusion regarding the extended warranty on my parents 2018 Nissan Frontier. After voicing my concerns regarding the matter, Shelors responded and was immediately ready to extended warranty on my parents 2018 Nissan Frontier. After voicing my concerns regarding the matter, Shelors responded and was immediately ready to find a solution. They explained everything and went above and beyond to ensure that a very stressful situation resulted in a renewed trust and loyalty in Shelor's service department. The truck was repaired and is driving like new. Patsy and Bryan as well as the customer relations and vehicle service departments are Rockstars and I recommend Shelors sales and service to anyone. Kept truck 3 months _ not repaired. Would'nt return calls. alful customer service. Great experience, salesperson Corey did a great job . My only complaint was waiting for over an hour to get to the buisness office to sign dmv documents.
