I received excellent customer service (from Tammy Niles in the Toyota Service Department) when I took my husband's truck for some recalls. When I returned the loaner vehicle, I didn't realize that they cl in the Toyota Service Department) when I took my husband's truck for some recalls. When I returned the loaner vehicle, I didn't realize that they closed from 12 - 1 for lunch. I got there about 12:03 and they were kind enough to work a few minutes into their lunch break to allow me to return the vehicle and review the work they had done. When I dropped the vehicle off, I asked to speak to the Salesperson, John Nixon, who sold us the vehicle. He asked me how we were doing and remembered that we had also purchased a KIA Sportage from them the same year. He put a note in their system about what was done to the vehicle and that I stopped by. It has been 6 years since we purchased both vehicles and John still makes it a point to treat us special when we stop by. Great job Shelor! More
