I did one month of homework searching SUVs, When I spotted one online at a C-burg dealership, I called Neal Francis and scheduled a appointment. I then visited Shelor Motor Mile on Thursday, Neal di spotted one online at a C-burg dealership, I called Neal Francis and scheduled a appointment. I then visited Shelor Motor Mile on Thursday, Neal directed me to Sale Consultant next door and I met Matthew Moore. Walking from one building to another where Matthew worked, I saw a new 2021 4runner that fit my needs and more. That one was sold so Matthew did some homework and found one just like it at another dealership. On Friday, I went back to Shelor Motor Mile, Matthew met me, showed me the SUV, it was exactly what I wanted to every last detail and the purchase process went (like a walk in the park). After that, I was directed to Brian, the final checkpoint, explaining my options on the purchase and how Shelor Motor Mile takes care of their customers. All in all, my experience in 48 hrs with Shelor Motor Mile was more than I could have imagined, from top to bottom. My experience was wonderful at Shelor Toyota. In past experiences at dealerships I have dealt with pushy salesmen that try to rush me into decisions that are not right for me. He made sure I had time to find exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and worked hard to get the right financing for my budget. They gave me too dollar for my trade and explained the financing and warranty options in language that was easy to understand. I will certainly be recommending Steve at Shelor to all my family and friends when they are vehicle shopping and be back myself when it is time for an upgrade! PS. I LOVE my Rav4 Hybrid Limited!
