Our salesman was knowledgeable, kind and showed a great deal of patience during this process which did take more than one visit to the dealership. Initially we simply wasn't certain what type of vehicle best fit our needs, but our salesman, Matt, never made us feel as though we were an intrusion on his time, nor did we feel pressured, at any time, to buy before we were ready. In the end, he simply found the perfect vehicle for us which was a 2020 Toyota Sienna at a very fair price. We also decided to work with their on site finance department to guide us through the loan process. Again, this was an individual who was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable regarding our options and explained the process perfectly and also secured a very acceptable rate for the loan. In addition, we have utilized their service department for years and have never had a negative experience with them, This is our second time buying a new vehicle from this dealership and when another vehicle is needed, this will be where we go again..
