However, of late, Toyota corporate has had expanding issues with quality control (speaking as a mechanical engineer). This has placed an unfortunate burden on dealerships which often do not have the resources to alleviate or compensate for vehicle problems. Initially we simply wasn't certain what type of vehicle best fit our needs, but our salesman, Matt, never made us feel as though we were an intrusion on his time, nor did we feel pressured, at any time, to buy before we were ready. In the end, he simply found the perfect vehicle for us which was a 2020 Toyota Sienna at a very fair price. We also decided to work with their on site finance department to guide us through the loan process. Again, this was an individual who was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable regarding our options and explained the process perfectly and also secured a very acceptable rate for the loan.
