Steve Lancaster, Our Salesman, Was Great! Our salesperson, Steve Lancaster, was extraordinary. He wasn't trying to sell us just any vehicle. We test drove four Toyota vehicles before settling on the one we purchased. Although Shelor Toyota was the only dealership we dealt with, we did go online to look at prices offered by other dealerships. Shelor Toyota had competitive prices and they were local to us. We drove our new vehicle home on the evening that we purchased it. We had to bring it back for the detailer to remove adhesive left on the hood. The vehicle was shipped covered in protective plastic. When the plastic was removed, it left some adhesive behind. More

Detailers: The car was washed and detailed the day we bought it and kept inside until we could pick it up the next day. The car was left with water spots all over and sticky tape residue was across the whole hood of the car. The car had to be brought back a few days later so the detailers could buff out the hood.
