I mean, I knew what car I wanted, had been in correspondence with them for a month, called e one day and said they had it on the lot. Still took the entire day to get the keys in my hand. Power went out so they didn’t even top off the gas tank on a brand new car. Every but if information I knew about my vehicle was from my own research. They told me absolutely nothing about features, warranties, etc. Definitely mentioned the free oil changes etc, because after all are dealerships actually there to sell cars or repairs? The finance lady at the end explained more about my car in 15 minutes than the salesmen I spent 4 hours with….well 15 minutes, but 3 hours and 45 minutes sitting at his desk. More
