These are definitely crazy times to purchase a vehicle. I must say waiting after placing an order was difficult, but John was always there to update me no matter how many times i bugged him. He drove us to where the new Highlander was it actually just arrived at the dealership and hadn’t went through the check point area yet. And the finance manger Daniel I believe was his name. He was so down to earth and explained everything to us thoroughly. In all the years that we’ve bought a new or used car has anyone ever went over the details of the vehicle with us. But before we left Steven sat in the car with us and explained everything. And had told us that if we have any questions or concerns that we could call and text him anytime.
