I always appreciate the service and professionalism of Shelor Toyota. My only complaint is: why do they have to change the radio station on my car radio? Bought a new vehicle here with lifetime inspection. My vehicle failed inspection due to windshield wipers. Seriously? I had heard something would be found wrong so I made sure to check out vehicle to m My vehicle failed inspection due to windshield wipers. Seriously? I had heard something would be found wrong so I made sure to check out vehicle to make sure all was good but I never thought of wipers because they seemed fine to me during last week's storms. Was told it would pass if I paid them $45 for wipers. Bought my own wipers for under $28 and took back just so they would remove rejection sticker. Not a very happy customer and very disappointed in services. More
