Just had my 2018 Toyota Camry serviced at the Shelor Toyota Service center. The rep was pleasant and explained that needed to be done today and also what didn't need to be done. Shelor Toyota Service Center did an awesome job with my first oil change and servicing. My appointment was at 1:00. They took me right on time. They greeted me with a warm, friendly greeting in the cleanes first oil change and servicing. My appointment was at 1:00. They took me right on time. They greeted me with a warm, friendly greeting in the cleanest garage I have ever seen. It looked more like a surgical bay honestly. I was escorted to a nice spacious waiting room to wait. They told me it would take about an hour and sure enough in about an hour they called my name to come out to the garage. They went over everything they checked and what the status was. They were so thorough and so kind to take their time and explain everything to me. I had a wonderful experience there and would highly recommend it to anyone else!!!! More
