The only thing was that they called me 1 time and left a message. I forgot and called back in a week or so and It was given to another customer. We were unable to use remote start for about 5 months. Had an oil change, tire rotation and car wash. The car was not washed, looked like it was just sprayed with a hose so it was wet but still dirty. Left 3 lug nuts off the rear driver tire, wheel al The car was not washed, looked like it was just sprayed with a hose so it was wet but still dirty. Left 3 lug nuts off the rear driver tire, wheel almost fell off before I got out of the service Bay Area. Car is still in your shop waiting to be fixed. More
