The custom service was perfectly fine and my truck was fixed quickly without issue. BUT the up charge for parts is excessive and labor costs are ridiculous. I had my vehicle in for service, which included front brakes, new pads and rotors. After completion I noticed a rattle on the drivers front side. The noise drew progressively worse, so I took it back t brakes, new pads and rotors. After completion I noticed a rattle on the drivers front side. The noise drew progressively worse, so I took it back to check it out. The service manager made a quick diagnosis. The break assembly was not properly tightened. It’s fortunate that I took it back before it caused more damage and possibly worse. This is why I rated 2 stars. The service agent and the service manager were very apologetic and seemed genuinely concerned. More

With an appointment it still took an hour and a half to get oil changed and check recall on seat belts (didn't have to do anything to seat belts. they were fine) If you are supposed to get a discount, don't believe the guy at the desk when he says it is included. We did talk to the Lady that is over the department and she got everything worked out for us. I would give her a 5 star review but when I add in the rest of the service department I could only bring myself to give a 4 star and that is being generous. More
