First time taking my vehicle there for an oil change. my Tahoe ended up with a very deep scratch on the side. They took responsibility and fixed it with no charge, so I appreciate that. However, I never heard from a manager, even though I called numerous times asking for an update when it was in the body shop for 3 weeks. The service clerk, Frank, was very kind and responsive, however he had to defer to the manager to get any information. They provided me with a loaner vehicle, but it was tiny and not convenient for my needs. They said they would upgrade it if I didn’t like it, but they never did let me trade it out. In the end, I was satisfied with them correcting their mistake/accident, but the customer service from management was non-existent. I typically like to give my business to local dealerships, but I will likely drive to McKinney for future service needs. More

Rep tried to get me to change brake fluid on Equinox with 25000 miles on it. Plus replace engine air filter. I said I would agree to air filter and check sensor since it showed 70% good.
