It is also suppose to be somewhat of a happy experience which mine was, I would recommend this dealer as a person who drove three hours to get there and after having a "BS" experience at a dealer in Elmhurst IL after driving three hours to test drive a car that wasn't even there and receiving a quote on my trade-in for $700 less than Sherman dodge gave me for it!! The service to the vehicle was excellent. My key fob got misplaced and it took awhile to find it. It should have been left in the car where I put it or placed where it could be easily accessed.
