Romino to the rescue I had talk to a salesman regarding what type of car I was interested in made arrangements to come in on a particular day and time and he was supposed I had talk to a salesman regarding what type of car I was interested in made arrangements to come in on a particular day and time and he was supposed to send me some email listings to review ahead of time. I never got an email from this particular salesman came in and the date and time what was arranged and found out he was not even working that day. A young salesman named Romino came up to me and asked me if he could assist me , we quickly reviewed what I was interested in, he showed me a list of vehicles we check them out test drove them. Purchasing a Used Vehicle UPDATED REVIEW: I made an appointment to check out a few vehicles, but I had my heart set on a Jeep. When I arrived, it was a bit busy, but seeing a UPDATED REVIEW: I made an appointment to check out a few vehicles, but I had my heart set on a Jeep. When I arrived, it was a bit busy, but seeing as I had an appointment, I was able to be seen within about 15 minutes. The process was (relatively) painless, but as most car purchases, it took quite a few hours from start to finish. There was a complication with my purchase, so I was in the dealership from about 2:30pm until about 8:30pm. It was worth the wait, however, because I left with my dream vehicle. I am updating my review because I am unsatisfied with the process of making my purchase. While I was at the dealership, my salesperson mistook my information and had me approved for a loan with the wrong credentials. I did not find out until after the office had closed at 7:00pm, and I had to stay in the office and wait until they got me REAPPROVED for a loan with another finance company (after, of course, telling me that there was only one bank that could finance me and then another one magically appeared). I get the tactics, but I'd rather work with honest people and not people who LIE to make a quick buck from a single female. After I left the dealership, I received multiple phone calls, text messages (against my wishes), and was LIED to again about being sent emails that were never sent claiming that they didn't have any of my documents. When I was in the office, the salespeople made FOUR COPIES of my Driver's License because they kept losing them. I gave them a copy of my pay stubs, which they lost, and a copy of my proof of residence, which they lost. Then, I was told that I needed to send all of my own documents to the finance company! The finance company didn't even get a receipt for my down payment, and were asking me for that too! They sure knew how to take my money, but can't seem to figure out how to do the rest. So I had to do it on my own. I wish I purchased my vehicle from somewhere else. And I complained, and they don't care. I have never had these issues before. What was the point of me bringing in all of my documents if they weren't going to keep up with them and I was going to have to go through all the trouble to do it myself. I am so dissatisfied. I also got 0 perks from purchasing my vehicle here. No free oil changes, no car wash, no complimentary check up, nothing. Will not be purchasing from here anytime soon or recommending them to anyone any longer. More
