Very horrible experience I have taken my jeep back TWICE abd the issue is still not resolved. They claim that they cannot find anything wrong with it but every so oftwn it shu I have taken my jeep back TWICE abd the issue is still not resolved. It was “okay” After buying the car was brought to me with only 1/4 tank of gas, dash and door were dirty. The salesman made everything “right” after I pointed these issues out but no one tried to sell me any accessories (the car doesn’t come with a trunk roller cover). I called and spoke with Reggie, sales manager, about the trunk cover, he said for me to call him back the following day and he would look into the cost. I’ve called Reggie 7 times (he is always busy) in the last 3 days, I left him a message but have never heard back from him. The salesman seemed to be very concerned over me rating him a 10 on the Jeep survey that would be coming and kept pushing the 10 on me (10s are earned, not given). Otherall, everything was just an “okay” experience. More

My sales person Kathy was extremely anxious to get a deal done and she did. She came on a little strong at first but as I spent more time with her, I thought she was great! I had a price in mind which was lower than any other price I had seen at other dealerships and they hit it eventually. Got a fair price for my trade- in based on blue book value and went home with a car that day. Well done and I was very satisfied. More
