Worst Car buying experience ever buyer Beware! salesperson got over on me with tactics I should have caught. She was good! and the only acceptable part of everything. For a cash sale they pushed financing papers on me instead of giving me a bill of sale for my bank like I asked, they ran our credit without permission (technically illegal), they tried to cram an extended warrranty on us without out even offering it or explaining it, he also misled me on the costs and details. Documents were signed via a desktop screen and conveniently the pages were bigger than screen and he only scrolled to signature and initial boxes while obstructing view with his arms, When I asked questions or details he got gruff and defensive. when it came to the optin for warranty instead of explaining it he barked at us "you don't want to leave without a warranty do you" and he proceeded to knock down my questions and concerns. We were never given physical documents to review they gave us a flash drive and when we got home to review we found and read some important things that were never disclosed in signing. most importantly there was a section that said in Big Red letters that once signed there is no cooling off period never saw that when signing. Hello. Also there were items on the screen that did not appear in items on flash drive. Part of the negotiated deal was to fix windshield which had a couple small chips right in the center. When I picked it up all they did was seal the chips and called it a repair. If they would have said they were only going to fill the chips and that we would forever see them right in the middle of windshield we would have tried to negotiate a better deal or walked away from it. Its only $200 approx. to replace windshield! They made us wait throughout entire process both days past the hours of my bank being open. I asked finance guy Frank for business card and he said he didn't have one and now it appears a Frank doesn't even show up on list of employess! When we brought back for windshield repair there were a couple of other small things that we asked about an estimate and they gave us an estimate of $1100 for $325 worth of repairs but they did offer 50% off! Really! upon noticing the unsatisfactory repair showed it to my salesperson and she said she would try to work it out, she never got back to me and ignored my texts and now they want me to give a good review! BUYER BEWARE and be very wary of what you sign. We are happy with vehicle but not the final deal which is partially my fault. Certainly the treatment and disrespect from financing as well as questionable practices I would not recommend and will not be going there to replace our other vehicle or business vehicles. More
