Worst experienced ever!!! It was a nightmare dealing with this people. Never again will we go here. Sales people are not good at talking with customers. If you need something they'll pretend they don't know this people. Never again will we go here. Sales people are not good at talking with customers. If you need something they'll pretend they don't know who you are. I'm not blaming them 100% for what happened to us but they try to sell us a truck that clearly something was wrong with it. Not 100% in good condition. Tried to "fix" it obviously nothing was done about it. It was a lesson learned to us and I hope they learned from it too and treat people with respect. More

ORIGINAL POST 7/17/20: Once he got the sale everything else fell through the cracks. Will not refer any business to him. His coworkers picked up his slack. Two days after picking up my car I woke up to his text he sent me at 6:30am in the morning thanking me for my business. I got up and replied to his text of exactly how I felt about my experience. He mentioned he came in on his day off to close the deal and will reconsider entrusting his coworkers to finish the job, mind you it was his sale and voluntarily came in on his day off to complete the sale. I also mentioned the gas tank was nearly empty when I came back that evening to pick up the car. He said it was company policy they do not fill up on the gas tanks when they sell cars. I told him of all my years of purchasing cars I never had that happened nor heard of such policy. His coworkers who picked up his slack were nice and responsive. He boasted about previously being a sales manager. UPDATED POST 7/21/20: I am beyond myself right now. After I have posted my review of my bad experience I got a call from Robin who happens to be one of many managers at the dealership. She reassured me she spoke with the salesman I personally worked with, will offer a $100 gift card for the inconvenience and wanted to remediate the issues I experienced. Robin ensured me she would follow-up with me on Monday. Today is Tuesday. I get a call from Robin asking me to edit my review so it’s more positive and she will then offer the car mats that were promised to me by the salesman. I simply asked her, “so the promised floor mats is contingent on whether I edit my review so it sounds more positive?” She answered yes. I was upset with her answer. I then sarcastically asked her, “what exactly would you like me to write so it sounds more positive?” She immediately placed me on hold and turned our call over to Reggie. He was very nice and offered to make the situation right by ordering the mats for me. However, when I told him about my conversation with Robin minutes earlier he said he read my review and wanted to address all of my issues which started from the floor mats, not to edit and keep the review as is and “he wanted to make things right.” I kindly gave him a brief summary of my experience with the salesman, my early morning text at 6:30 in the morning from him thanking me for the purchase, how he threw his coworkers under the bus for my bad experience, how he tried to explain that it’s company policy of why they do not fill up gas tanks in new purchases and how Robin just bribed me to edit my review in exchange for the floor mats. He completely dismissed me. I thanked him for the call, told him that I can live without the car mats and I’ll update my review with my horrible experience today. Wow. What a joke. Now bribery on top of everything else????? The careless, unprofessionalism and unethical bribery needs to be addressed on these people. More
