Not sure of suggested service items To be honest, I don't know if I am doing Sherman Dodge a disservice or not. I brought my daughter's car in for a "check engine" light and water leak f To be honest, I don't know if I am doing Sherman Dodge a disservice or not. I brought my daughter's car in for a "check engine" light and water leak from her windshield. The Service manager was very nice but kept asking me, " have you done THIS service or THAT service" on the car. IF it were my daughter I wouldn't let her drive the car without that being done". He played the guilt card and I don't know if I really needed all the services he suggested. Almost $3000 later, I got the car back. Was i Suckered into unneeded services? I just can't be sure. More
