We trusted them that they would give us a good deal. They did not pressure us to buy something we didn't want. In my opinion, the internet team at Shottenkirk has a very good new car purchasing process. They responded to my initial internet inquiry promptly, in the manner that I requested, and answered the speci very good new car purchasing process. Other dealers that I contacted via the internet had customer service people respond to try and set up appointments instead of answering my questions the way I asked them to. I really liked the way they transitioned from internet communication to the personal contact at the dealership...except for the also plesant experience with Ken England on the paper work, I dealt with Gillon and Adam from the first email until I drove my new vehicle off the lot. More
