I brought them my 22 Jeep Wrangler for a coolant leak issue, No visual signs, only proof that if I fill this morning and drive when I check the next morning it is at the "add" line. They kept for a week issue, No visual signs, only proof that if I fill this morning and drive when I check the next morning it is at the "add" line. They kept for a week and said they could fibd nothing, just keep an eye on it and report back. That weekend after a drive I would allow to cool then check level. Every time I took timestamped photo and the following Monday I was back at the shop. Lead mechanic came out, we talked and he said it sounded like a thermostat issue, as it had also overheated twice presiding the first visit. They replace Tuesday and I drove to work that evening, 80 miles total. Next morning, first thing, I checked coolant. Again, at the add line. Reported this to service advisor. His response, Your engine has a turbo so coolant level fluctuating is normal. Don't worry about it. So, your telling me to ignore coolant being at the add level and just keep driving? YES. What kind of service department would tell a customer, ignore those fluid level indicators we put there, they mean nothing. Just keep driving, nothing to worry about. More

I have bought many vehicles from Dealers in my 70 years of existence and dealt with many Service Depts. and making a long long story short all I can say is this was by far the most pleasant experience I ha of existence and dealt with many Service Depts. and making a long long story short all I can say is this was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a service dept , Lacey was my service wrighter and she was allways on it kept me informed of everything that was going on with my truck that another dealer in Vegas had totally messed up on , I now have my truck back and it runs better than ever , So Thank You Lacey and Bret for everything More

He listened to our needs for the first car for our daughter. He also suggested a feature we hadn’t considered. Thanks to him we found the perfect jeep for her. You can tell he’s a father and the way he looked out for our daughter shows that. We cannot recommend this dealership enough. Financing was always easy and Li greets us by name every time we go there. More
