In the past I have had some serious issues with the service manager and his boss. To the extent I never planed on going back there. Not very prompt with service updates. The parts that were ordered under my name was given to another customer so that pushed my wait time out longer. This dealership has the worst communication I have ever seen. Not only do they not contact you for updates on your vehicle, but when you call the dealership, you will never speak to someone directly.
