The service manager promised to have the massive oil spill in my garage cleaned since it was the technician’s error that caused it. The mechanic did not handle my vehicle with care. Passenger side Sun Visor is broken after I received my vehicle after a recall repair, but the advisor says that it's not from her end. it's always a headache to take my vehicle for service. Last time I took my vehicle for service, I received a text message with the name of the service dep personal info and I was told to reach to them us Last time I took my vehicle for service, I received a text message with the name of the service dep personal info and I was told to reach to them using XXX number, well this was impossible, he never answered any of my messages and when I called the service department it took for ever to get transferred. After my vehicle was checked, it was determinate that parts were needed to be ordered. I went home and I was told they will call me once the parts arrive to schedule the replacement. About a week after, I was called to let me know that parts arrived and we scheduled an appointment. A day prior my appointment, an other service dept personnel, text me stating that parts arrived and if I would like to schedule an appointment. I explained the situation and that I already have an appointment. He responded that previous service dept person was not longer with them and he was going to take care. When I show up for my appointment, service dept personnel, didn't have a clue why I was there, I had to explain everything again. After an our waiting for my vehicle to be fixed in the waiting area, service dept personnel, showed up stating that the ordered the wrong parts and they couldn't fix my vehicle. The have ordered new parts and they will call me once the arrive to schedule an other appointment. More
