Dropped my daughter’s car off on Friday and they didn’t get me an estimate until 5 days later. Parts were ordered and then they didn’t get to it for another week. I told them that I would come pick up her get me an estimate until 5 days later. Parts were ordered and then they didn’t get to it for another week. I told them that I would come pick up her car if they weren’t going to get to it yet and they kept putting me off. Only 1 item was covered under extended warranty but still cost $333. Another part that the quoted me $2700 to replace, I brought to another car place and that wasn’t the issue but something else, that cost $600 More

3 days after service, my oil tank empty with missing oil drain plug. Last night, my husband had to wait on a highway for tow truck during a freezing temperature. I'm really extremely upset and so disappointed in Stottenkirk service department for such a poor service performance and way below expectations. Now, I have no vehicle until it fixes. I would not recommend this service department. More

This is by far the WORST dealership. I took my Jeep in for what should have been a simple fix on the 3rd row seat so it would fold properly. They have had my car for a month. Each time i I took my Jeep in for what should have been a simple fix on the 3rd row seat so it would fold properly. They have had my car for a month. Each time it is almost ready for me to pick up they break another part. They are completely careless. They broke the part for my seat and had to order another one. Mistakes happen I get it (but it gets worse!) They reorder the part and then scratch my entire back bumper along with destroying the side panel on a completely different seat. They say they will "make it right". Just when it is about ready they break the handle on the 2nd row seat. Then they finally go to return my car to me and the 3rd row seat doesn't fold. They have destroyed my car and want to "make it right". I am pretty sure they knew the 3rd row seat wouldn't fold as she drove my car to the front of the dealership and handed me the key and said have a good day. She was hoping I would just drive off and not look it over. A dealership with GOOD customer service would have walked around the car with me and showed me everything they fixed and that it works. However, after a month I no longer trust them. I picked my car up and took it else where to be fixed. I have made sure that everyone I know is aware of my experience here. More
