As always we had excellent service. My wife and I brought both jeeps in for oil changes. Was sold a warranty covering the tires up to 15000 miles against road hazard. Felt as though I was deceived. The tire affected had only 20000 miles. The service department are the only people to get the 5 stars. The sales department are enough of an aggravation that I will never buy another vehicle from Shottenkirk CDJR. When I attempted to speak with someone to rectify the situation, nobody could be found and no manager was seen anywhere in the lobby area of the building. I stood there next to one of the chargers on the floor for 5 minutes, and nobody bothered to ask if I needed any assistance, and that's not the first time that has happened. We were sold a vehicle that had open recalls and nobody said anything. When trying to assess the problem before we had the Jeep towed to the dealership, I found a GPS tracker attached to the battery and hidden under the battery cover. Nobody told us that your dealership attaches GPS trackers to vehicles before they are sold. At this point I'm wondering what else we haven't been told about. More
