I prefer to use a certified Ford Lincoln Dealership for service. However, I get more personalized service from a general automotive dealership. On two occasions for a simple scheduled maintenance appoint service. However, I get more personalized service from a general automotive dealership. On two occasions for a simple scheduled maintenance appointment, I have noticed the staff more friendly with one another than they are with the customers. I was no time for my 7:30 a.m. appointment and had to wait behind locked doors for 10 minutes while employees entered a side entry and no one spoke to me even with a Good Morning. I was personally friendlier to them than they were to me. I had to go to the desk to check on status of my vehicle after almost an hour and a half instead of anyone coming to give me an update. There were others in the waiting area and no employee ever came by to simply provide any updates. Average customer service which is disappointing. More

Dropped our vehicle off was told they would call within an hour or so didn't hear from them for 7 hours I had to call them they told me they could not duplicate the noise that was happening in my transmiss an hour or so didn't hear from them for 7 hours I had to call them they told me they could not duplicate the noise that was happening in my transmission we went and picked up the vehicle as soon as we pulled out of the lot it started making the noise really bad and jumping all over I feel like nobody even took the vehicle for a ride went back the following day asked if somebody can go for a ride with us it may have been the same day sorry somebody came with us and it started making the noise immediately said they had to do something with the computer got the vehicle back still making noise and jumping all over the place was told we have to drive it for 3-400 miles and it should straighten itself out never heard of such a thing the transmission is banging and clunking and knocking all over the place and still doing it now call to speak to a manager first time got disconnected second time busy third time I think the girls are getting frustrated not with me but with the dealership itself they tried putting me through to the manager and I got a voicemail what kind of place you running very unsatisfactory service dealing with this Ford dealership when we got the car back also all the settings on the dashboard will change they were not like when we brought it in another minus More
