Transmission completely failed on 2021 Ford Edge with 17,200 miles. 31 days to get a new one installed and it still doesn't work right. Had to rent a car for over $300 per week. Jerry is a great service writer. I told him that the tires on my car were in horrible shape for only having 27000 miles on them. I told him that I almost wrecked my vehicle from hydroplaning in a recent rainstorm. He saw on the maintenance report that it said my tires had acceptable tread left on them. He came out and looked at the tires and agreed that they were not good. He took photographs of the tires and was waiting for a manager to get back to him. I'm still waiting for an answer More
