Took car in to have tires checked after hearing noise after recent rotation. Because two of the tires was cupping they rotated them both to the rear and took the time to explain everything to me, what w after recent rotation. The service manager actually volunteered to take a ride with me after the service to see if the situation was better, and it was. I appreciate the kindness and the patience that was shown by him and the young lady that took care of me. I will be back for my next service. More
