I had been in contact with the dealership about the specific car I wanted but when I got there the car stopped needed to be detailed and cleaned. The car never got detailed or detailed terrible. We were in great need of a new battery for our 2019 Honda Pilot at 6:10 PM. The service department closed at 6:30 PM.
