The end result was good for me but my part had gotten lost and no one knew where it was because Mary handled it prior to her leaving for her new promotion. After completing the sale the dealership then contacted me to tell me they had lost my original $1500 deposit for the truck. Not quite sure how that can happen but they did cover the "stop payment" fee that my bank charged me. Getting my accessories installed has been great. The Service Dept. has been wonderful! More
