Our salesperson Sherry was great. Miles was also great. Management on the other hand was your typical “do the customer right” while you’re spending $50,000 on a vehicle but as soon as the papers are signed Management on the other hand was your typical “do the customer right” while you’re spending $50,000 on a vehicle but as soon as the papers are signed and they need something customer service flies out of the window. Our vehicle was supposed to be detailed the day we purchased it. We didn’t get finished with paperwork and all until after 10 pm so we didn’t have a chance or feel the need to check that the vehicle had been properly cleaned. Next day we lift the seats and there’s candy, food crumbs and dirt caked into the floorboards. Under the hood there’s pollen and pine straw covering everything. Take it up there and spend over an hour waiting for it to be “detailed” against only to have our time wasted and it look exactly the same but the floor mats were vacuumed. Take it again and my husband waits THREE hours and it’s yet again still disgusting. While waiting he hears a manager saying “well it is a used car”, not knowing my husband was sitting right there. I write a bad review and Jason in management calls. We tell him the issue and the comment made, he schedules for the vehicle to come back and says he will find out who said that bc used or not it should’ve been cleaned. Come to find out it was Jason that was so insistent that it being a used car should mean we accept it previous owner’s dirt, grime and filth. Imagine a grown man lying directly to your face multiple times when all you’re trying to do is have your vehicle cleaned properly. The vehicle that you spent $50,000 on and didn’t even get a second key to. We buy new vehicles every 3-5 years and definitely will not be back to Shottenkirk Honda. If they will lie and do such a crappy job on something so simple, I worry about any bigger issues. More
