I had had our Honda CRV 2003 in 2 different times for anvil leak problem. After the second Tim in, we thought it was fixed, but, it continued to leak oil on my driveway. I spoke to Ms Angel and told her anvil leak problem. After the second Tim in, we thought it was fixed, but, it continued to leak oil on my driveway. I spoke to Ms Angel and told her the situation and made arrangements to bring the car in. Thanks to Ms Angel, she saw to it that the leak was fixed. Can't be more satisfied . I experienced too many instances of them trying to maximize profits to an extreme amount with little regard to me as a customer. When this is taken to an extreme it feels like I'm attempting to be tak maximize profits to an extreme amount with little regard to me as a customer. When this is taken to an extreme it feels like I'm attempting to be taken advantage of. Case in point they wanted to charge me $8900 for their extended warranty package. Utterly appalling!! There were other things that I caught such as errors they made in calculating monthly payment and surprise dealer add-ons that were apologized for and corrected. Overall worst buying experience I've ever experienced in well over 20 car purchases in my life. My salesperson Lane, was not responsible for my unhappiness and actually did a lot to diffuse the situation. He was helpful and I enjoyed working with him. Sales management and finance need to back off their unreasonable focus on profit maximization! More

It was my first visit to the dealership. I scheduled a service, with the possibility of making a new car purchase. Emily in service was very pleasant and helpful. On the day of my visit, Lane worked with me to find a vehicle I liked. I was unsure if I wanted a new Accord or Passport. I also met the Sales ManagerJason. Everyone was pleasant and professional. When I got to closing, Jorge was great and did a great job explaining the extended warranty and gap insurance. I plan to use the dealership in the future for service and my next purchase. More

When I pulled up to have my car serviced I was met outside they told me to pull in and to come inside and they would take care of me and I’m telling you that’s exactly what they did so friendly so nic outside they told me to pull in and to come inside and they would take care of me and I’m telling you that’s exactly what they did so friendly so nice so thorough with everything and I was so happy when I left from there I felt like that my car had been taken care of right and I will be back to have my car service there again excellent service. John the guy that was at the service desk went over everything with me and what they were going to do when I would come back to have it serviced the next time and I spoke with Dana he was such a big help again I was very pleased.
