The service men were extremely helpful and courteous! I am a nurse and work the night shift.....my car broke down e I had to go to work I had it towed to this location and went to work and when I can in th am a nurse and work the night shift.....my car broke down e I had to go to work I had it towed to this location and went to work and when I can in the next morning after work I was exhausted and I asked if I could have a loaner car to just go hike and sleep and without hesitation I was on my way home in a loaner car!! I wasn’t even there for 15 mins.....and he was so nice and understanding!! Nick would even call me with updates about my car after 3pm since I work the night shift!! Thank you all so much!! Also my fight friend was extremely surprised with how honest the service department was with me!! I had my car served earlier in the year and I came back for something else I didn’t even know could be related and they told me that because the two issues might be related that there was no out of pocket cost to me!! Thank you for everything!!! More
I noticed some changes since the first time I purchased my 2013 Honda CRV. The sales team were on the grounds ready to assist. That wasn't so in 2013. Left machine hooked up to battery and drained it then had to jump my car when I had never had battery problem before going in there. Was enquiring about my map light bulb being replaced and they tried to tel to jump my car when I had never had battery problem before going in there. Was enquiring about my map light bulb being replaced and they tried to tell me it was the whole system, when I told them I knew it was just the bulb because passenger side worked perfectly fine they were just like “oh, then yeah, it’s just the bulb”. Done my oil change and waited until after that was finished before even ordering in the other bulb that I was needing replaced on my car. All in all, for an oil change and the replacement of 2 simple bulbs, I was there for 4 hours. People had come and gone many times. They told me my breaks were at a 3... I’ve had the car for not even 5 months. When I initially got the car, the breaks were squealing so I took it back to them 2 days later to ask them about it. They claimed to have looked at the breaks and said they were perfect and it was just happening because it was after market breaks, which I have used before on other vehicles and never had this problem. All in all, it was a horrible experience and I’ve lost most trust in that place More

The appointment feature is a huge plus. You are taken care of when you arrive promptly. They listen attentively to your concern and are able to offer solutions on the issue.
