Dear Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville Team, We are writing to share our positive experience with Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville. We specifically want to commend our service representative, Ginger, writing to share our positive experience with Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville. We specifically want to commend our service representative, Ginger, for her excellent assistance. We originally brought our vehicle in because the AC was not cooling like it used to. We also requested an express oil and filter change. Following a thorough multi-point inspection, the following services were performed: - Replacement of the water pump, drive belt, and coolant - AC compressor shaft seal replacement - AC evaporator cleaning and disinfectant service - Brake fluid flush - Front transfer case fluid drain and fill - Replacement of front brake pads and resurfacing of front rotors - Replacement of rear brake pads and resurfacing of rear rotors After a horrible experience with another local dealership and their questionable practices, we truly appreciated the professional service we received here.
