They Put my skid plate on with bent up paper clips, which caused me to have to go get a new skid plate and bolts because it caught wind on the interstate and scraped the ground so bad it wouldn't stay on eve caused me to have to go get a new skid plate and bolts because it caught wind on the interstate and scraped the ground so bad it wouldn't stay on even if I did have bolts for it. Ron Davis from the very moment I pulled into the Service Lane, I looked up and he immediately was headed to my vehicle, with a smile on his face. I was concerned about the sudden issue I had with my vehicl Lane, I looked up and he immediately was headed to my vehicle, with a smile on his face. I was concerned about the sudden issue I had with my vehicle, however he said not to be concerned, he would get to the bottom of it and find a solution that would meet my needs. He throughout the period while I waited in the Lobby he would come periodically and let me know the progress that was being made. Always with a smile and his professionalism. When my issue was resolved he immediately informed me and explained to me the solution that was performed. What I really appreciated that he said that at anytime in the future I need any Service please call him and shook my hand and handed me his Card. I am 68 years old and I thought that kind of service and cordial professionalism was long gone but I will assure you if you ask for Ron Davis you will be treated the same as I was. Thanks Ron! More
