Tried to make an service appointment for a windshield replacement using the chat bot and never heard from anyone. I then called and made an appointment to get my windshield replaced. Showed up and they replacement using the chat bot and never heard from anyone. I then called and made an appointment to get my windshield replaced. Showed up and they didn't have a windshield for my vehicle and acted like they didn't know I was coming. I had to get it done via another local dealer, and then Shottenkirk lost my car key after it was delivered back to the dealership. I have been waiting over 2 months to get a replacement key and I am pretty sure they have forgot about it. More

I had the steering wheel on my new CRV changed out for a heated one. While a piece of the side dashboard was left off and possibly cracked during the installation, the service department was quick to reorde heated one.
