I came in because my new Pilot was leaking air from my rear tire. John and the mechanics did everything possible to find it and instead of saying we don’t see anything and send me on my merry way they rep rear tire. But to everyone’s surprise when they took the tire off they found a nail deep within the tread. I appreciate all of their effort and making sure my car was safe to drive!! More
Called to speak with service advisor I have worked with for years. After waiting 25 minutes on hold, I was told that my service advisor was not in. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment several days la for years. After waiting 25 minutes on hold, I was told that my service advisor was not in. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment several days later for a day that she would be in for an oil change & a diagnostic on some transmission & tire issues. Since I drive over an hour to get to this dealership (rather than using either of the 4 other Honda dealerships closer to my residence), & since I had 2 diagnostic issues that would require more time than I had available to wait in the dealership, I requested a loaner car. The following day I called to confirm the appointment & to confirm that a loaner car would be available for my use while my vehicle was being serviced. I was told that a loaner car was not yet assigned to me but would most likely not be a problem since the dealership was expecting to receive a new fleet of loaner vehicles any day & simply needed to put tags on them. I advised that I would call the morning of my afternoon appointment again to confirm the availability of a loaner vehicle. On the morning of my appointment, I called my service advisor. She advised that a loaner car was not yet assigned to me for the appointment, but she said that she would call me by one hour (because of my 1 hour drive time to get to the dealership) before my appointment time to let me know whether or not she had procured a loaner vehicle for me. She did not call as promised, so 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I again called the dealership to ask about the loaner car. I was told that my service advisor was at lunch, but when I asked to speak with another service advisor (the one who had previously told me that a loaner would most likely be available), he "tapped my service advisor on the shoulder" & learned directly from her than no loaner car had been procured for me. To avoid the 1 hour drive to the dealership when no loaner vehicle had been procured for me as requested, I canceled the appointment. I have since made arrangements elsewhere for the servicing of my vehicle. More

I brought my car in a few weeks back and I had the multi point inspection done and the mechanic noticed that my brake fluid was discolored so yesterday I had brought my car back to Honda and had a brake sys point inspection done and the mechanic noticed that my brake fluid was discolored so yesterday I had brought my car back to Honda and had a brake system flush and I also received a discount plus 10% off on the cost.
