The internet process was deceitful and ruined an experience that should have been fun and easy. We walked in with cash believing a car was available, and it was not. I wasted my time and gas not once but twice. I found a car in my budget, I gave them the go ahead to pull credit on both my husband and I. I sat there for two hours, granted they where busy. As I attempt to walk out the salesman chases me down and states they can get me in that car for sure for zero down and a very low payment. I said do you mean you think you can or know you can as in you have a bank approval. I do have bad credit which is not their fault but he assured me it was approved I just needed to come back and sign with my husband. I left went home and came back with my husband we sat for 30 minutes for them to come tell me they needed a large down payment. I told the salesman that I was not happy that he lied he said he never told me it was approved. THAT WAS A BOLD FACE LIE. I do not blame the salesman. I blame the finance and sales managers that told him what to say and what to do to get us to come back in. I know he didn’t mean to lie… I have heard horrible things about all Shottenkirk locations and after today I believe word of mouth is very accurate!!!!! More

Horrible place. The one in Granbury did the Bait and Switch tactic. I loved a blue dodge. They let me take it home. Loved it needed a couple of things done to it. When I brought my husband back with me th next evening. Demeanor had changed. He's a mechanic and just off work. U could tell they decided we couldn't afford this truck. So they told me I didn't need this one and showed me the most plainest dodge ram they could find. We found it very offensive. So we left and bought a brand new dodge at Roger Williams totally decked out. So Shottenkirk will never be my motor company. More
