Hatty is more shady then your ex wife Buyers beware of the scam this place likes to pull as you can see in google reviews we are not the first customer they have done this too I was helping my parents the scam this place likes to pull as you can see in google reviews we are not the first customer they have done this too I was helping my parents find a new truck set it with Hatty so it should of been a sign and go since we live over a hour away, Hatty insisted everything was going to be taken care of by her only to find out once they got to dealership “she was assisting another customer” and informed me she was driving a customer car back to them well come to find she went home for the day, then the sales team was trying to screw my parents by adding 2% on the interest rate more then what they even offer online (thankfully my parents were able to catch this scam) after speaking to the know it all manger Jesse (who was a absolute tool) said he knew exactly what he’s doing and wouldn’t even let me speak or explain what was going on …….absolutely crap customer service I’ve never in my life seen a sales person go home in the middle of the deal and left you high and dry TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS YOU CAN BUY A TOYOTA FROM ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP AND YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF !!!!!! More
