I purchased a new vehicle from them early last year and I was told about the shotenkirk warranty just to be told non of it was true when I went back for it. They said if my windshield cracked within the firs was told about the shotenkirk warranty just to be told non of it was true when I went back for it. They said if my windshield cracked within the first year it would be replaced just to be told they was not correct and they also told me I had two detailing a year just to also find out it is not actual detailing just a wash. I’m very upset that I was made to believe other to get the sale and won’t be using this company again once my warranty is up. More

I used to like this dealership. I bought my car here. The last visit I felt I was being scammed. I was told I needed at least four major items done totaling over 1k. Had a scheduled appointment for oil change and they took my truck to the back and forgot it was there. Took twice as long to get the oil changed then any other time.
