While they did change the brakes. They did not to seriously the alternator going bad. The car issue is exactly the same as last year. Where last year when they ignored the alternator They did not to seriously the alternator going bad. The car issue is exactly the same as last year. Where last year when they ignored the alternator it went out the very next day after I picked it up. They stated the alternator can go out suddenly. They did not trace anything to see if it was electrical. This time I tell them to look at the alternator and they sent a pic to show the diagnostic equipment said all was fine. Then in the next breath I was told the battery was low on its charge. Said it could be something draining it. I showed the guy I gave my keys to the error code that was indicated in my car. Their opinion stayed the same. When I got in my car to leave $332 with some change poorer for the back brakes they changed the error light was still on. They didn't even clear it I had to. Not to mention the fact thatthey sent an email for a discount which I was told that it was not for my cars model so it could not be used. Second time having trouble with this group the first being when I bought it. The more I deal with this group the more I wonder why I put myself through it. More

People are nice, but to pay close to $100 to have an updated radio, because it was making the screen flash on and off and the phone didn’t work through the car, and no Serius radio functioning, for a v updated radio, because it was making the screen flash on and off and the phone didn’t work through the car, and no Serius radio functioning, for a vehicle with only 44,000 miles, makes me wonder what next is scheduled to malfunction that I would have to pay for again. I don’t think Toyota will be my next car. I don’t think the makers and dealers realize things like this just steer their customers to other makes and dealerships. More
