I left my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation, leaving my phone number of course, and stating I would pick it up in about 2 hours. I received a call saying it was finished and ready, with no mention of recommended additional service. When I picked up the car, there was still no mention of additional service. I paid the amount I was told, then looked over the paperwork when I got home. There was a miscellaneous charge with no explanation, which should not happen. Then there was a page saying my battery was corroded and needed immediate replacement! This was never mentioned to me over the phone or while I was there. Then I checked the battery myself and it showed full charge and no sign of corrosion. Not sure I will continue to bring my vehicle there for service. More

Overall facility is clean and welcoming. The salesman Tracy couldn’t be any different. Pressured us to buy, stood up over us and raised his voice when I questioned the price. My husband and I purchased a vehicle in November. We purchased a 2019 Toyota Sienna. After owning the vehicle for 37 days a major part went out on the heating unit. The repair on our vehicle will cost about $4,000 to fix. This dealership was unwilling to work with us to get it fixed. I was told the only way the dealership could help us was if we purchased their extended warranty. My husband and I live 3+ hours away from the dealership so it wasn't worth it for us to purchase the warranty. While I understand the warranty is offered for a reason, after owning a vehicle for a little over a month the dealership should be willing to back the vehicle they sold warranty purchased or not! I am disappointed that the dealership was unwilling to work with us! More

Oil change I took our two cars in to get an oil change. I just had my tires rotated at another business before I came to Toyota for the oil change on my Tacoma. I should have read more on the service ticket before I paid but I didn’t notice the mistake until I got home. Now I have to go back to tire business to have them rotate the tires back. The sad part is I have bought both our cars Jerry Durant at the time. More
