I have purchased at least 3 vehicles and have followed through with all service from Shottenkirk Toyota in Quincy. This last time that I took my car to have a new sun visor on the drivers side. I agreed t through with all service from Shottenkirk Toyota in Quincy. This last time that I took my car to have a new sun visor on the drivers side. I agreed to have additional service that was offered. When I picked my car up, the clock was reset to daylight time, the blue tooth connection to my cell phone was turned off, and auto headlights was off, and the light was dimmed on the speedometer screen. I was perplexed that all of my settings had to be reset because Shottenkirk's service personnel had set them different from what they were when I brought the car in. Totally unacceptable. More

The dealing with everyone was fine and everyone was easy to work with but it was frustrating that I spent $36,000 on a jeep and it wasn’t very well detailed. First of all the salesman,Rick and Jake are awesome , everything went great until the final billing….. So, I bought 2021 Highlander for around 36,000 but on the billing it was over 37,000! Surprise suppo everything went great until the final billing….. So, I bought 2021 Highlander for around 36,000 but on the billing it was over 37,000! Surprise suppose Shottenkirk automatically add 895.00 for a six month warranty that I was not asked about in advance! I told them I don’t want any more added to what I already purchased But they would not remove it , Salesman said they do it on every used car! For 895 I can fix my own tires or buy a new one or several and buy a new windshield if needed and wax my car and fill my own fuel tank and put brakes on my car which they will need soon. Plus, there’s no itemized document that shows what’s covered or what’s not included so I have no idea what exactly covers. Very vague! ( and only 6 months) So for that reason I won’t be back I will be getting my car serviced at Woodrums Toyota . (What happened to Dealerships standing behind what they’re selling?) More
