She has a no nonsense approach to the details of the sales process and a kind and friendly demeanor in dealings with people. Like buying a car from someone I have known for years. She was amazing and look forward to working with her again on any future purchases. Mike Dougherty was very helpful and straightforward, went the distance to make the deal and treated us with respect and kindness. Jim Heenan took the pain out of the paperwork process, quick, efficient but explained everything in no nonsense fashion.
