I have always had stellar service at Sid Dillon in Blair, however my past visit exceeded all expectations. The agents at the dealership have always been incredibly polite and accommodating. It makes the drive from Omaha well worth the trip. This visit, which was for a recall, was going to take much longer than I expected (4 hours)due to the repair that was needed. I asked if a loner car was available as I had many tasks to complete on my day off work. I was informed there unfortunately was no loner car but I was offered a ride home TO OMAHA. I was driven home immediately by a delightful gentleman. I had my husband then bring me back to puck up my truck and it was right on time. As an added bonus my truck was washed and vacuumed! This is customer service at its finest folks. If you are debating whether the drive from Omaha is worth the product and service you will surely receive, don’t debate any longer. I have dealt with several other dealerships over the years but I’m honestly telling you - You will be delighted with Sid Dillon.
