Salesperson was not forthcoming about damages on a used ev over the phone. Purposely left out damage images in photos and video. Set up a meeting with salesperson prior, telling him we would rent a car and ev over the phone. Purposely left out damage images in photos and video. Rented a car and drove over 2 hours to see car only to find multiple serious issues. Left after about 10 minutes of viewing a multitude of very odd dents, debris rattling around in rear lift gate, cigarette hole in seat, offset exterior trim that looked like could have been accident related and covered up...all very odd and all around the entire car! Very abused 1 year old car with low miles. Would not have taken vehicle for any price. Will never go back. More

We were on our way in our motorhome heading out on a vacation when we had a check engine light reporting an engine issue. We limped our way to Sierra Chevrolet where Tanya went above and beyond her dut vacation when we had a check engine light reporting an engine issue. We limped our way to Sierra Chevrolet where Tanya went above and beyond her duties making sure we were able to have our rig looked at and serviced at a moments notice. It was late in the day but she was able to have one of the diesel service techs look at our motorhome and make the necessary repairs late in the day and at the closing time were able to get us back on the road. Vacation saved. She and the tech that worked so hard for us gets a ten star reward in our eyes. Sierra Chevrolet is lucky to have both of them as their representatives.
